What services does Motion Centric Rehabilitation offer?
At Motion Centric Rehabilitation, we provide personalized care for various conditions, including neck and back pain, postural dysfunction, sports and dance injuries, ergonomic issues, balance and gait problems, and pre- and post-surgical rehabilitation. We focus on treating the root cause of pain through detailed assessments, manual therapy techniques, corrective exercises, and custom care plans.
Who will be treating me, and what is their background?
All sessions are led by Khushboo Shah, PT, MSPT, CPS—a licensed physical therapist based in California with over a decade of experience in spine and posture rehabilitation. Khushboo holds advanced certifications, including a Master’s in Physiotherapy (Spine Rehab), is trained in Mulligan and Maitland manual therapy, and brings a unique perspective from her background in Bollywood and contemporary dance.
Do you offer virtual appointments, and how do I book a session?
What can I expect during my first session?
Your first appointment includes a thorough functional and postural assessment, discussion of your symptoms and goals, and development of a tailored treatment plan. You’ll also receive guidance on exercises and lifestyle adjustments to support your recovery at home.
Do you help with office ergonomics and posture correction?
Absolutely. As a Certified Posture Specialist, Khushboo specializes in ergonomic assessments for individuals and workplaces. She provides practical recommendations for improving posture, adjusting workstations, and preventing injuries related to modern lifestyles.
What languages do you speak, and do you accept insurance?
Khushboo speaks English, Gujarati, Hindi, Punjabi, and Marathi, allowing her to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds. Currently, Motion Centric Rehabilitation operates as an out-of-network provider, but we can provide invoices for clients to seek possible reimbursement from their insurance plans.
